Refund & Exchange Policy

No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
Exchanges are only entertained if the item has a clear and verified damage during shipping or a valid manufacturing defect.
All exchange requests must be reported within 72 hours of delivery, and the exchange will only be processed within one month of receiving the parcel.


Exchange Eligibility

You may request an exchange only if:

  • The delivered product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete.

  • Proof (clear pictures/videos) is provided via our official WhatsApp.

  • The original order number and purchase receipt are provided.

If approved, we will exchange the item with the same article or issue a store credit of equal or lesser value.

Note:
Shipping charges are not refundable and will not be covered in the exchange.
