We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Exchanges are only entertainedif the item has a clear and verified damage during shippingor a valid manufacturing defect. All exchange requests must be reportedwithin 72 hours of delivery, and the exchange will only be processedwithin one monthof receiving the parcel.
Exchange Eligibility

Proof (clear pictures/videos) is provided via our official WhatsApp.
The originalorder numberandpurchase receiptare provided.
If approved, we will exchange the item with the same article or issue a store credit of equal or lesser value.
